In violation of the First and Fourth amendments, the Executive Branch of government has issued presidential Orders which have enabled the silencing of the free press, and the search of property without due process of law. These National Security Letters have no checks and balances, give broad and sweeping power to a branch of the government which has abandoned its people, and routinely violates the law of the land, the Constitution of the United States of America. Programs like TIA, Carnivore, and Echelon attempt to evade the law of the land by off shoring intelligence gathering to foreign nations, this is treason.
In violation of the Second Amendment, using acts of Congress, the United States of America has systematically deprived its citizens of its right to bear arms. These acts are in violation of the Constitution, and are illegal. Regardless of Supreme Court review, without a ratification of an amendment, removal of a Constitutional right is illegal.
In violation of the Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments, by passing the NDAA and related laws, the Congress and Executive Branch have removed rights related to trial. These rights are guaranteed, and their destruction is an act of treason against the people.
When will you wake up, and realize that your freedom has been taken, by a thief in the night?
When will you stand up for yourself, your family, and your children, and demand it back?
We have been down a slippery slope of ignorance in favor of safety due to silence. Your silence is destroying us all. It is destroying your children’s future.
We are at the bottom of the hill, and if you do not act now, our generation will never overcome the shame of its inaction and silence in the destruction of freedoms that were centuries in the making.
Open your eyes. Demand your freedom back.
